Camp payments, minus the administration fee, are refundable until two weeks prior to the start of camp and will only be provided in the form of a check. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals within two weeks of camps and will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that the player is unable to participate for medical reasons. Please note: All approved refunds will incur a 25% administration fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please plan to arrive between 15-30 minutes early each day of camp. Doors WILL NOT open more than 30 minutes prior to the start time of camp. Remember, you will be required to check in once you arrive. Warm up time and volleyballs will be available after check in and prior to the start of camp but each camp schedule includes an appropriate time allowance to warm all athletes up together.

Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We do have a limit on the number of participants we can accommodate for each camp so it is recommended that you register as soon as possible. This website will be updated to reflect a sold out status for any camp.

Registration closes one week prior to the first day of camp and we have a limit on how many campers we can accept in each camp. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you register in advance to insure that space is available in the camp you wish to attend. If you wish to sign up for a camp past the registration close date, please contact Ben Sabin at samfordvbcamps@gmail.com.

Once we have received your registration and payment, you will be sent a confirmation
email to the email address you entered with your registration.  Important camp information including parking instructions, drop off locations, check in times, and a receipt of your purchase will all be included in the email.

There will be signage directing you once you pull onto campus. Do not come in the Samford main entrance. Come in the west entrance found by entering 650 Lakeshore Dr. into your GPS. You will see a small brick campus gate security building. Pass that small building, take an immediate left, and drive up the hill. At the stop sign at the top of the hill, turn right to park temporarily and drop off by the baseball field (between 16 and 12a) and walk up the sidewalk to the Pete Hanna entrance (there will also be signage here). If you will be parking and staying for the entire day, you will need to turn left (instead of right) to park your vehicle at the stop sign at the top of the hill. The parking lots closest to Lakeshore Drive are the ONLY place you can park on campus and not get a ticket if you wish to park all day. We will have someone out there guiding you during check in time each day. Please plan to park in the same area during pick up.
